Syncing birthdays is great. A great next step would be anniversaries. Gmail supports this field. It also imports via .CSV import to Gmail. It's not something that changes often, but after just changing jobs and having to resync contacts, I almost lost this field in my Exchange system which gets me one step away from losing it forever. For now, to be safe I have to continue to import via .csv file to gmail on occasion and only make updates on the Exchange side to keep from losing info.

I can certainly look into adding this when I get a chance. Unfortunately we have a lot of updates we would like to do and are currently very busy, so I can't guarantee when it will get done. But it should not be too difficult to add.
