Can you have Outlook contacts and Gmail contacts as separate contact lists within the app or within the iphone contacts?

Does the app actually add gmail contacts right to the iPhone contacts?

Can you display just the Outlook (MS Exchange) contacts)? or can you switch and just see only the Gmail contact lists?

Yes contacts are added right to the iPhone contacts list. I believe contacts synced via exchange do appear under a separate group for that account, so you can view them by group on the iPhone and see only the Exchange contact list. However the contact lists will be merged and all synced to Exchange and Gmail.
